Popis: Civil construction faces a scenario of strong changes, influenced by the economic crisis, search for alternative materials and processes with less impact on the environment. In addition to these factors, there is the search for high indices of performance of the buildings and the fulfillment of customer satisfaction requirements. For this, it is imperative to seek new technologies and methodologies of management and execution, that aim at the efficiency of the processes in order to reduce wastes and to assure the quality. The study consists of applying Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the quality control of the services performed, using tablets for application of the Service Checks (FVS), presenting a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the use of ICT. The application optimized the process of quality control, with real-time monitoring, through automatically generated indicators, facilitating management and increasing the reliability of information for decision making.
