The education required by (the) employee (s) of the field has as its keynote imperative need for training of professionals socio-environmentally responsible and committed to the multiple needs of society, endogenous perspective. In this sense, the work presented here is the result of a study conducted by the students enrolled at IFAM / Manaus the East Campus, in the course Development Officer in Family Agriculture, in the form PROEJA / FIC, under a rotation system under development at Family House Rural in the municipality of Boa Vista do Ramos. To this end, we present a historical approach to agricultural education and its constraints imposed by the model of economic development in the Amazon, taking as its starting point the 60. In this way, we situate the IFAM / Manaus the East Campus in the past and present, it is possible to visualize the historical evolution of the Pedagogy of Alternation as parent education methodology Field since 1996. Then we present the experience of IFAM / CMZL. In this study we investigated the Pedagogy of Alternation and its effects on training rural youth in order to identify the relationship as it is education - work - the environment, through time and space training. Through a consideration of the IFAM and the challenges facing the local development, we seek to know the place of education in rural areas, through legislation, experiences and proposals of CMZL. Then listed strategies and recommendations to the management team IFAM as a possible route for the realization of a policy of rural education in the IFAM. Atualmente, as ex-escolas agrot?cnicas no modelo escola-fazenda, atuais campi dos Institutos Federais de Educa??o, Ci?ncia e Tecnologia de base agr?cola, est?o passando por um processo din?mico de reflex?o-a??o, que aponta para a urg?ncia de uma reestrutura??o em todos os seus setores. A educa??o requerida pelos (as) trabalhadores (as) do campo tem como t?nica a imperativa necessidade da forma??o de profissionais respons?veis s?cio-ambientalmente e comprometidos com as m?ltiplas necessidades da sociedade, numa perspectiva end?gena. Neste sentido, o trabalho aqui apresentado ? o resultado de uma pesquisa realizada junto aos estudantes matriculados no IFAM/Campus Manaus Zona Leste, no curso Agente de Desenvolvimento na Agricultura Familiar, na modalidade PROEJA/FIC, sob regime de altern?ncia em desenvolvimento na Casa Familiar Rural no Munic?pio de Boa Vista do Ramos. Para tanto, apresentamos uma abordagem hist?rica da educa??o agr?cola e seus condicionantes, imposto pelo modelo de desenvolvimento econ?mico na Amaz?nia, tendo como ponto de partida a d?cada de 1960. Neste percurso, situamos o IFAM/Campus Manaus Zona Leste no passado e no presente, sendo poss?vel visualizarmos o itiner?rio hist?rico da Pedagogia da Altern?ncia como matriz metodol?gica da Educa??o do Campo a partir de 1996. Em seguida apresentamos a experi?ncia do IFAM/Campus Manaus Zona Leste. Nesta pesquisa investigamos a Pedagogia da Altern?ncia e seus reflexos na forma??o de jovens rurais, buscando identificar como acontece a rela??o educa??o ? trabalho ? meio ambiente, atrav?s dos tempos e dos espa?os formativos. Por meio de uma reflex?o sobre o IFAM e os desafios frente ao desenvolvimento local, buscamos saber qual o lugar da Educa??o do Campo, mediante legisla??o, experi?ncias e proposi??es do CMZL. Em seguida elencarmos estrat?gias e recomenda??es a equipe gestora do IFAM como poss?vel rota para a efetiva??o de uma pol?tica de Educa??o do Campo no IFAM.
