Pesquisa do Estado do Amazonas CAPES - Coordena????o de Aperfei??oamento de Pessoal de N??vel Superior The work theme is the Learning Law as a public politics of professional insertion directed to the youth. It addressed issues related to public policies of professional insertion directed to the youth, more specifically the Law n?? 10.097 / 2000, known as Young Apprentice. The general objective of the research was to analyze the public policy of hiring young apprentices, according to the Learning Law, in a public school in the east of Manaus. The specific objectives were intended to understand how the Learning Program is configured in the context of public policies aimed at the professional insertion of young people; identify their specificities in the process of professional insertion of youth and verify the articulations of this program with the high school. The research began with a literature review and legal considerations, along with fieldwork. It is part of a qualitative approach and used the method of dialectical materialism to meet the challenge of this task. As a result, the Law of Learning was evidenced as an instrument of public politics, although contradictory and precarious in the process of insertion of youth, in a context of reduced rights and precarious work, significantly contributed to the subsistence and expansion of education. autonomy of young people from the popular classes. A tem??tica do trabalho ?? a Lei de Aprendizagem como pol??tica p??blica de inser????o profissional direcionada ?? juventude. Abordou quest??es relativas ??s pol??ticas p??blicas de inser????o profissional direcionadas ?? juventude, mais especificamente a Lei n?? 10.097/2000, conhecida como Jovem Aprendiz. O objetivo geral da pesquisa foi analisar a pol??tica p??blica de contrata????o de jovens aprendizes, de acordo com a Lei de Aprendizagem, em uma escola p??blica da zona leste de Manaus. Os objetivos espec??ficos pretendiam compreender como se configuram o Programa de Aprendizagem no contexto das pol??ticas p??blicas direcionadas ?? inser????o profissional dos jovens; identificar as suas especificidades no processo de inser????o profissional da juventude e verificar as articula????es desse Programa com a escola do Ensino M??dio. A pesquisa iniciou com uma revis??o de literatura e considera????es sobre a legisla????o, em conjunto a um trabalho de campo. Insere-se em uma abordagem qualitativa e utilizou-se do m??todo do materialismo dial??tico para dar conta do desafio dessa tarefa. Como resultados, evidenciou-se a Lei de Aprendizagem como um instrumento de pol??tica p??blica, embora contradit??ria e prec??ria no processo de inser????o da juventude, em um contexto de redu????o de direitos e precariza????o do trabalho, contribuiu de modo significativo para a subsist??ncia e amplia????o da autonomia dos jovens das classes populares. As dificuldades se referiram a pesquisar todos os dados dos componentes da Banca, mas esse processo ?? importante e necess??rio. |
