No. of bitstreams: 1 2018 - Rog?rio Teixeira de Oliveira.pdf: 1466138 bytes, checksum: 1c58883369385f2d98d7a5fc0ddc53bf (MD5) Previous issue date: 2018-11-29 CAPES The National Program for the Integration of Professional Education and Basic Education into the Youth and Adult Education Mode (PROEJA) aims at the training of young people and adults who have not had opportunities to complete Basic Education in a timely manner and offer professional education integrated with high school. Despite the governmental effort to enable opportunities for the completion of Elementary Education as of the Technical Education, specifically in the technical course Maintenance and Support in Computing as a High School / PROEJA modality, offered in Rio de Janeiro Campus of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio de Janeiro (IFRJ), there is a high rate of evasion that interferes with the achievement of institutional and social goals. That way, the main objective of this work is to analyze evasion and propose a contribution facing the evasion in the course of MSI-CRJ of the IFRJ. The methodological course was based on a qualitative research that used as instruments of data collection institutional documents, physical and virtual bibliographical references based on books, periodicals, articles, theses, as well as semi-structured interviews with the profiles: students enrolled, graduaded students, escaped students, teachers, managers and administrative technician in education at the IFRJ Campus Rio de Janeiro. For data analysis, were applied the techniques of documental, bibliographic and content analysis. As a result, this work presented complementary institutional data about school evasion just as an Action Plan to combat school dropout and the outreach of the organizational planned results. O Programa Nacional de Integra??o da Educa??o Profissional com a Educa??o B?sica na Modalidade de Educa??o de Jovens e Adultos (PROEJA) visa a forma??o de jovens e adultos que n?o tiveram oportunidades para concluir a Educa??o B?sica em ?poca oportuna e oferece o ensino profissional integrado ao ensino m?dio. Apesar dos esfor?os governamentais para oferecer oportunidades para a conclus?o do ensino fundamental em conson?ncia com o ensino t?cnico, especificamente no curso t?cnico de Manuten??o e Suporte em Inform?tica Integrado ao Ensino M?dio na modalidade PROEJA, oferecido no Campus Rio de Janeiro do Instituto Federal de Educa??o, Ci?ncia e Tecnologia do Rio de Janeiro (IFRJ) observa-se a exist?ncia de um elevado ?ndice de evas?o que interfere no alcance das metas institucionais e sociais. Nesse sentido, o objetivo principal deste trabalho visa analisar a evas?o e elaborar propostas que contribuam para o seu enfrentamento no curso de MSI-CRJ do IFRJ. O percurso metodol?gico foi realizado a partir de uma pesquisa qualitativa que utilizou como instrumentos de coleta de dados documentos institucionais, refer?ncias bibliogr?ficas f?sicas e virtuais baseadas em livros, peri?dicos, artigos, teses, al?m da realiza??o de entrevistas semiestruturadas com estudantes matriculados, concluintes, evadidos, docentes, gestores e T?cnico Administrativo em Educa??o no Campus Rio de Janeiro do IFRJ. Para a an?lise dos dados foram utilizadas as t?cnicas de an?lise documental, bibliogr?fica e an?lise de conte?do. A pesquisa apresentou como resultado a elabora??o de um Plano de A??o que objetivou o combate ? evas?o escolar e o alcance dos resultados planejados pela organiza??o. |
