Matrices with calcium hydroxide reduction were used by replacing cement with metakaolinite. In addition, the use of this is justified by its physical-chemical characteristics and the granulometry close to that of the cement used. The cementitious slabs were molded using a pneumatic injection system, using 350 x 350 mm acrylic forms, with four layers of jute and mauve fabric as reinforcement. Techniques for characterizing the materials were used, such as X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, specific mass determination, laser granulometry, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetry, infrared spectroscopy, among others. Through these it was possible to check the suitability of the materials for the development of the composite. For analysis of the mechanical behavior and evaluation of the effects promoted by the reinforcements, these plates were submitted to a flexion test at 4 points. Thus, it was possible to conclude that the samples produced with the substitution of metakaolin in relation to cement obtained better results. In addition, no significant difference was observed in terms of resistance in relation to the treatment of hornification implemented in the tissues. A presente pesquisa apresenta o desenvolvimento e caracteriza????o mec??nica de placas ciment??cias refor??ados com tecido de juta e malva. Foram utilizadas matrizes com redu????o de hidr??xido de c??lcio por meio da substitui????o do cimento por metacaulinita. Al??m disso, a utiliza????o desta justifica-se pelas suas caracter??sticas f??sico-qu??micas e da granulometria pr??xima a do cimento utilizado. As placas ciment??cias foram moldadas com o uso de um sistema de inje????o pneum??tico, sendo empregadas formas acr??licas de 350 x 350 mm, com quatro camadas de tecido de juta e malva como refor??o. Foram utilizadas t??nicas de caracteriza????o dos materiais como como fluoresc??ncia de raios-x, difra????o de raios-x, determina????o da massa espec??fica, granulometria a laser, microscopia eletr??nica de varredura, termogravimetria, espectroscopia de infravermelho entre outras. Por meio destas foi poss??vel verificar a adequa????o dos materiais para o desenvolvimento do comp??sito. Para an??lise do comportamento mec??nico e avalia????o dos efeitos promovidos pelos refor??os estas placas foram submetidas a ensaio de flex??o em 4 pontos. Dessa forma, foi poss??vel concluir que as amostras produzidas com a substitui????o de metacaulinita em rela????o ao cimento obtiveram melhor resultado. Al??m disso, n??o foi observada diferen??a significativa em termos de resist??ncia com rela????o ao tratamento de hornifica????o implementado nos tecidos. |
