However, agribusiness organizations are poorly explored in literature about Lean philosophy application. Thus, this article aims to evaluate the Lean Production System in a laying poultry farm. As a research method, a case study was conducted with the application of interviews, on-site visit and observation, which resulted in the triangulation of information obtained.
