Communities of Practice with Information Technology in Supporting the Development of the Strategic Research Areas in Institutions of Higher Education

| Popis: | Las instituciones de Educación Superior –IES- colombianas, como ficha clave en el desarrollo científico y tecnológico del país, están articulando sus políticas y planes estratégicos de investigación con las políticas adelantadas por el gobierno nacional en torno a la ciencia, la tecnología e innovación –CTI-. Como parte de esta articulación están definiendo áreas y líneas estratégicas de investigación, las cuales implican integración tanto de actores como de sectores que pueden estar dentro o fuera de la IES promoviendo la transferencia de conocimiento y el trabajo colaborativo interdisciplinar. Como una posible solución a esta necesidad de integración en el presente artículo se propone la utilización Comunidades de Practica – COP[1]- soportadas en tecnologías de la información y comunicación –TIC-. [1] Sigla de Communities of Practice Colombian Higher Education Institutions –HEI-, as key figure in the scientific and technological development of the country are coordinating their policies and strategic plans for research with the policies pursued by the national government about science, technology and innovation. As part of this joint are defining strategic areas and lines of research, which involves integration of both actors and sectors that may be inside or outside the HEI promoting knowledge transfer and interdisciplinary collaborative work. As a possible solution to this need for integration this article proposes to use Communities of Practice – COP - supported on information and communications technology-ICT. |
