O ?leo de baba?u, Attalea vitrivir, foi coletado na regi?o da Bacia do Rio Pandeiros, para a cat?lise heterog?nea foi utilizado CaO. A propor??o de ?leo:?lcool e a temperatura de calcina??o do catalisador foram testadas em variadas condi??es com o intuito de otimizar a produ??o de ?steres. O ?xido de c?lcio foi testado em diferentes temperaturas de calcina??o por 4 horas: 1000? C, 800? C, 600? C e 200? C. As raz?es molares ?leo/?lcool adotadas foram: 1:100, 1:30 e 1:20. Os resultados revelam que a rea??o com 800?C de temperatura de calcina??o de CaO e raz?o molar ?leo:?lcool de 1:100 foi a mais eficiente, com 99,89% de convers?o. Disserta??o (Mestrado) ? In this work, the production of biodiesel from baba?u oil was used, by heterogeneous catalysis through the transesterification process via the methyl route. The Attalea babassu oil was collected in the region of the Pandeiros River Basin, for heterogeneous catalysis CaO was used. The ratio of oil: alcohol and the calcination temperature of the catalyst were tested under various conditions in intention to optimize ester production. Calcium oxide was tested at different calcination temperatures for 4 hours: 1000 ? C, 800 ? C, 600 ? C and 200 ? C. The oil / alcohol molar ratios were: 1: 100, 1:30 and 1:20. The results show that the reaction with 800 ? C calcination temperature of CaO and molar ratio of oil: alcohol of 1: 100 was the most efficient, with approximately 100% conversion. |
