No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2021-10-01 Postpartum Depression is the most common and disabling psychiatric condition during the puerperium, with emotional, cognitive, behavioral and physical changes. Its effects also affect the child and the family, generating a substantial negative impact. In this study, the objective was to build and validate a care technology for nursing consultations for women with manifestations of Postpartum Depression and who are assisted in Primary Health Care. carried out from April 2020 to September 2021. The study was divided into four phases. In the first phase of the study, through an integrative literature review, the main publications available on the different forms of nursing care for women with Postpartum Depression were analyzed. In the second phase, the synthesis of knowledge acquired previously was used to build the theoretical knowledge to be approached in the technology. In the third phase, corresponding to the validation of the technology, 14 experts assessed the content and appearance of the material, six of which were specialists, three masters and five doctors with expertise in Mental Health, Women's Health and Primary Health Care. Data analysis was performed by through the Content Validity Index and Cronbach's alpha for internal consistency analysis. The fourth and final phase corresponded to the refinement of technology. In the statistical analysis, performed by the content and appearance judges, the objective block had a CVI of 0.94 and a cronbach's alpha = 0.880. The Structure and Presentation block had a IVC of 0.98 and a Cronbach's alpha = 0.891 and the Relevance block had a IVC of 0.95 and a Cronbach's alpha = 0.880.
