It is necessary to know about the role of the teacher, as well as the students interest in the subject. The research proposes to observe about the learning about the ethical precepts, and intends to verify on the need to stimulate the students to the critical thinking on the subject. It is also necessary to recognize the essential contact with the concepts and rationale attached to ethics. The research resulted in the identification of the importance of ethics in the discussions inside and outside the classrooms, given their social relevance to current issues. The research was developed under the focus of dialectics and historical materialist reading, because it brings to light the essence of critical thinking stimulated by Karl Marx, who defended the development of research through interdisciplinary criticism in which philosophical, historical, sociological problematizations , political, legal and economic, having been developed from the qualitative approach, involving an investigation of a descriptive and theoretical nature. The subject of the research presupposes discussion under both historical and philosophical perspectives of ethics, which made it imperative to walk a course in the face of the construction of its concept in time with the need to approach the understanding of some authors of their own philosophical position, such as Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Thomas Hobbes, Dermeval Saviani, among many others. Esta pesquisa analisa um estudo acerca da conceitua????o da ??tica no processo ensino-aprendizagem, abordando-se os principais aspectos relativos ?? forma????o, conhecimento e pr??ticas de ensino, com o escopo de avaliar o papel da ??tica e analisar o grau de import??ncia dado ao assunto pelas institui????es de ensino, especificamente no que concerne ao Ensino M??dio T??cnico, haja vista a proximidade dos estudantes em galgarem a maioridade. ?? necess??rio saber acerca do papel do docente, assim como o interesse dos estudantes quanto ao assunto. A pesquisa prop??e observar acerca do aprendizado quanto aos preceitos ??ticos, e pretende verificar sobre a necessidade de estimular os estudantes ao pensamento cr??tico quanto ao tema. Importa tamb??m o necess??rio reconhecimento do imprescind??vel contato com os conceitos e fundamenta????o adstritos ?? ??tica. A pesquisa teve como resultado a identifica????o da import??ncia da ??tica nas discuss??es dentro e fora das salas de aula, face a sua relev??ncia social perante ??s quest??es atuais. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida sob o enfoque da dial??tica e da leitura materialista hist??rica, pois traz ?? tona a ess??ncia do pensamento cr??tico estimulado por Karl Marx, que defendeu o desenvolvimento da pesquisa por meio da cr??tica interdisciplinar na qual s??o encontradas problematiza????es filos??ficas, hist??ricas, sociol??gicas, pol??ticas, jur??dicas e econ??micas, tendo sido desenvolvida a partir da abordagem qualitativa, envolvendo uma investiga????o de cunho descritivo e te??rico. O assunto da pesquisa pressup??e discuss??o sob perspectivas, tanto hist??ricas como filos??ficas da ??tica, o que tornou imprescind??vel percorrermos um caminho em face da constru????o do seu conceito no tempo com a necessidade de abordar o entendimento de alguns autores de posicionamento filos??fico pr??prio, tais como S??crates, Plat??o, Arist??teles, Thomas Hobbes, Dermeval Saviani, entre muitos outros.
