The project is funded by the German Ministry of Education and Technology (BMBF) and the Ministry of Science, Technology and Telecommunications in Costa Rica (MICIIT), and is implemented by Technische Universität Dresden (TUD) and Universidad Nacional Costa Rica (UNA).
