A análise exergética é necessária para determinar a melhor forma de resfriamento, considerando as irreversibilidades através da segunda lei da Termodinâmica, e combinando-a com uma análise termoeconômica, pode-se chegar aos custos exergéticos dos diversos fluxos mássicos. Na presente pesquisa é realizada a modelagem exergética e termoeconômica de um ciclo combinado com resfriamento do ar de entrada utilizando-se unidades de resfriamento evaporativo (RE) e sistema de refrigeração por absorção (SRA). A pesquisa envolve diferentes configurações, sendo o caso base sem refrigeração, um caso com sistema de resfriamento evaporativo e outro com sistema de refrigeração por absorção com três fontes de energia térmica (gases de exaustão, vapor de alta pressão e vapor de baixa pressão). O quarto caso consiste na combinação simultânea dos dois tipos de resfriamento mencionados. O software EES é utilizado para a realização pormenorizada das análises termodinâmicas e exergéticas do ciclo nas suas diferentes configurações, e através dos resultados obtidos, é possível realizar a análise termoeconômica, atingindo o valor dos custos envolvidos em cada processo. O objetivo deste estudo é comparar os resultados obtidos com vistas a uma melhor orientação do projeto desses sistemas. Os resultados revelam aumento de eficiência de 1,34 % para o caso que utiliza resfriamento evaporativo, média de 2,7% para o caso que utiliza sistema de refrigeração por absorção e média de 3,6% para o caso que utiliza os dois resfriamentos simultâneos e os custos exergéticos em termos de geração de potência elétrica e térmica na forma de vapor apresentam redução em comparação com o caso base, destacando-se os casos que utilizam gases de exaustão pelo menor custo de produção do fluxo, e em questão de eficiência destaca-se a utilização de vapor de baixa pressão, validando o uso do resfriamento do ar de entrada. Power gas cycles benefit in terms of reduced power consumption in the compressor by the use of inlet air cooling techniques. An exergetic analysis is necessary to determine the best form of cooling, considering irreversibility through the second law of thermodynamics and combining with a thermoeconomic analysis, one can arrive at the exergetic cost. The present research execute the exergetic and thermoeconomic modeling of a combined cycle with inlet air-cooling, using evaporative cooling units and absorption refrigeration system. The research will involve different configurations, being the base case without cooling, one case with evaporative cooling system (EC), another with absorption refrigeration system (ARS) with different thermal sources (exhaust gases, high-pressure steam and low-pressure steam). The fourth case will be the combination of the two types of cooling mentioned. The software EES will be used for the detailed realization of the thermodynamic and exergetic analyzes of the cycle in its different configurations, and through the obtained results it will be possible to perform the thermoeconomic analysis, reaching the value of the costs involved in each process. The aim of this study is to compare the results obtained with a view to a better design orientation of these systems. The results show an efficiency increase of 1.34% for the case using RE, average of 2.7% for the case using SAR, and average of 3.6% for the case using both simultaneous cooling and the exergetic costs in terms of generation of electric power and thermal in the form of steam present reduction compared to the base case, highlighting the cases that use exhaust gases for the lower cost of flow production, and in terms of efficiency, the use of low pressure steam, validating the use of inlet air cooling CAPES:1758911 |
