Yüksek Lisans Tezi Günümüzde, bilgi, yönetim ve bilgi yönetimi gittikçe önem kazanan kavramlardır. Yönetim bilgi sistemleri de bilginin yönetilmesi konusunda yöneticilere çok büyük destek olmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı yönetim bilgi sistemlerinin okul yöneticilerinin performansları üzerindeki etkilerini tespit etmektir. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak, orta öğretim kurumlarındaki okul müdürlerine “Yönetim Bilgi Sistemlerinin Okul Yöneticilerinin Performansları Üzerindeki Etkilerinin Tespit Araştırması Anket Formu” uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri 2005-2006 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında Ankara ili Çankaya ilçesinde görev yapan orta öğretim kurumlarındaki 90 okul yöneticisine anket uygulanarak elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde elde edilen bulgular sonucunda yönetim bilgi sistemlerinin kullanımı ile okul yöneticilerinin performansları arasında güçlü bir ilişkinin olduğu saptanmıştır. Management Information Systems provide support to the managers in the management of knowledge. The aim of this research is to assess the effects of Management Information Systems on the performance of school administrators. In this research the survey method has been used. In the collection of data, 90 questionnaire about “The Effects of Management Information Systems On The Performance Of School Administrators” has been given to the school administrators working in Çankaya in Ankara in 2005-2006. Results of the implementation has proved that there is a strong relationship between the use of Management Information Systems and the performance of school administrators.Key Words: Information, Management, System, Management Information Systems, Performance Evaluation |
