Aim: to examine neurogenic reactions of different localization acute myocardial infarction (AMI): heart rate (HR), arterial blood pressure (ABP), connections between diversity of pain intensity (PI) and regional peculiarities of the intracardiac nervous system (INS). Objectives: to evaluate the following factors: HR variability; ABP, PI and sites of referred pain; influence of various violations in coronary arteries on HR variability, ABP and PI. The retrospective data analysis of 420 patients, who during 2012-2014 experienced the AMI, has been conducted. The clinical results were systemized in relation to regional peculiarities of the structure of the INS.
