One of the important achievements of Medicina (Kaunas) is the inclusion in PubMed/MEDLINE, which is the United States NATIONAL Library of Medicine‘s premier bibliographic database. In 2006, 137 papers from Medicina (Kaunas) were indexed in PubMed/MEDLINE database. The total numeber of papers from this journal in PubMed/MEDLINE database has reached more than 1000. The important parametre of the journal to be included into ISI database is the citaton of its papers. It is important to note that the number of papers from Medicina cited in the ISI database has reached 200. During the last six montuos, the number of citations of Medicina (Kaunas) has increased by 68 citations. |
