Popis: Goal. To assess the opinion of the secondary medical staff on the opportunities of implementing the principles of a learning organisation at a division of the N hospital. Tasks. To assess the opinion of the secondary medical staff on the opportunities of implementing the principles of a learning organisation in practice. To assess the opinion of the secondary medical staff on the expression of leadership of division managers. To determine the relation between the expression of leadership and the principles of a learning organisation. Methodology. The analysis of the opinion of the staff, working at a clinic of obstetrics and gynaecology, on the opportunities of applying the principles of a learning organisation was conducted by surveying random secondary medical staff. The research was conducted at the Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Kaunas Clinics under the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences from 22/02/2018 to 15/03/2018, featuring 88 anonymous surveys responses 85 of which were suitable for the research. The response rate of the survey was 96.6 %. The statistical analysis of the data received was conducted using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 software. The assessment of the distribution of the attributes in question in the selected sample was implemented by using descriptive data statistics. The statistical significance was assessed using the p level of statistical significance and the quantitative data was provided using the format of \"arithmetic mean ± standard deviation\" ( ± SD). The comparison of quantitative attributes in two independent samples was done using the Mann-Whitney U test. In case of more than two independent samples, the difference was assessed using the Kruskal-Wallis nonparametric ranking criterion. In case of interval variables, where the presumption of normality is not applicable, the statistical relation between the variables was determined using Spearman's rank correlation coefficient.
