[...]. Aim of the study. The aim of the study was to analyze and evaluate factors influencing kidney transplant and recipient survival and to investigate possibilities to predict outcomes of kidney transplantation. Objectives of the study. 1. To analyze frequencies of early post-transplant and late (outpatient) period complications of all cadaveric kidney recipients transplanted in 2000-2013 in the Hospital of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences Kaunas Klinikos. 2. To evaluate kidney graft and recipient survival of patients who received cadaveric kidney transplant between 2000-2013 in the Hospital of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences Kaunas Klinikos. 3. To evaluate impact of early post-transplant period complications and donor's and recipient's demografic, clinical and immune factors on kidney graft and recipient survival and identify relation of prescribed immunosupressive treatment with complications of early post-transplant period. 4. To evaluate impact of late (outpatient) period complications and donor's and recipient's demografic, clinical and immune factors to kidney graft and recipient survival and factors influencing 1 year kidney graft function. 5. To evaluate the donor's and recipient's factors that may help to predict kidney transplant outcomes. [...]. |
