Popis: The results of a comparative study on milk yields and quality produced by Black-Flecked cows of Urals origin and Holstein cows of German selection under the ecology and fodder conditions of the South Urals zone are suggested. It is established that milk produced by the Holstein cows has a higher nutritive value and higher full-value composition as compared with that from BlackFlecked cows.
