Popis: | Приводится методика непрерывной компьютерной поддержки технологического обеспечения качества сборочных единиц на основе автоматизированных подсистем проведения размерного анализа для основных этапов жизненного цикла, позволяющих анализировать технологические, сборочные и эксплуатационные размерные связи в конструкциях машин. The paper deals with the technique of continuous computer support for providing quality of assembly units on the basis of automated subsystems of dimensional analysis for major stages of life cycle which allow to analyse technological, assembly and operational dimensional constraints in machine designs. There are given scientific approaches to provide technological durability of machine components on the basis of the analysis of dimensional constraints arising on the major stages of a product life cycle. There is also described the method to optimize the production step by designing the strategy of elementary surface machining when realising it at modern multiprocessing machines to form the required service properties of elementary surfaces taking into account changes of their dimensional parameters while assemblying and using. Single-stage provision of the required accuracy of operational performance is possible to achieve in the process of realisation. The research is based on providing continuous analysis of dimensional constraints on the major stages of a life cycle (design, production, assembly and operation of a product) united into one automated subsystems of engineering calculation calculations (MES-system) to provide machine service life established in engineering requirements. |
