| Popis: | On the base of conducted researches was ascertained that generally accepted indices of erythropoiesis in clinical healthy Ukrainian saddle mares with not foals not changed significant with age. On the other hand, in the 5-8 years age mares was determined oligochromemia (50 %), low values of the Fe-transferring complex (especially iron and content of transferrin in serum blood) and copper, that obviously connected with the physiological features of breed or not stability of the control mechanisms. The changes of erythropoiesis: higher measures of the toxic iron pool, decreases of transferrin and his the iron saturation coefficient, reduced contents of the zinc, cobalt and selenium in serum blood in the 12 years age elder mares was ascertained |
