The position of the governing body of RAACS on up-dating of architectural and construction complex is presented in the article. Ways of solution of urgent innovative tasks, given by the government of the Russian Federation, are suggested. These tasks require understanding and answers in all fields of academic research: town-planning, architecture and construction science. Innovative approach is revealed. It covers the problems of organization of planning structure of the country, considering the main tendencies of the global development, standards of security and technical regulations, i.e. the complex of strategical means, which provide considerably new level of human life and define the perspective of the development of the country in the whole. |
