Popis: В статье исследуется система трансграничных денежных переводов трудовых мигрантов и ее роль в развитии национальной экономики. Дается понятие об официальных и неофициальных системах денежных переводов. Анализируется структура доходов и расходов постоянных и временных домохозяйств трудовых мигрантов. Подчёркивается необходимость развития новых финансовых инструментов, способствующих привлечению денежных ресурсов домохозяйств на финансовые рынки Республики Таджикистан и Российской Федерации.
Labor market plays an important role of regulator of national economics in. You can dramatically change the figure of the economy, making it more advanced and innovative with the effective use of the labor market. In modern society the international labour migration is constantly increasing its range, involving in outflow of almost all countries of the world is rapidly increasing the fraction of the labor migration. The study of the process of migration of labor migrants from the CIS countries is a relevant topic of modern economic research. Labour migration from Tadjikistan is widespread phenomenon which is characterized by seasonal transfers and their return to their homeland. External labour migration is a relatively new phenomenon in the Republic of Tajikistan, the appearance of which is due to events in the recent period the country's history since independence. Labour migration issues are very relevant, and their rational solution advanced to the fixity and prosperous stay of labour migrants in the new realities. In Tajikistan, population migration, both external and in migration demand remain, due to high population growth and limited internal market of labour. Cross-border transfer of labour migrants are fairly reliable source of external financing for many countries, but in Tajikistan money orders rather than the inflow from the export of goods and services or official development assistance from international financial organizations are the largest source of foreign exchange earnings. According to the inspection of the Center for Integrated Research of the Eurasian Development Bank, 98% of labor migrants from Tajikistan working in Russia. They create temporary households continue to remain part of the permanent households in Tajikistan. Money orders of labour migrants promote decrease of income poverty in the countries of home country of migrants, improving financial opportunities for migrant families access to quality health care, education and other social services, supporting the local economy in countries where labour migrants are working; supporting the external account, labormarket and economic action in general. During the crisis, cross-border transfers of labor migrants demonstrate more stable than foreign investments. They are characterized by non cycling and anti-recessionary nature as their volumes usually increase with complication of the economic or political situation in the recipient country, where flow in of private investment is weakening.
