| Popis: | В статье исследованы проблемные узлы в развитии региональных экономических систем депрессивного типа, существующих в хозяйственном пространстве современной России. Определены основные задачи развития указанных систем, раскрыто ядро механизма торможения их развития. Способ развития региональных экономических систем депрессивного типа детерминирован капитализацией их институционального статуса, а приращение институционального статуса создает условия для генерации ренты. The article investigates the problem points in the development of regional economic systems of a depressive type, existing in the economic space of modern Russia. The main objectives of the development of these systems have been defined; the core mechanism of inhibition of their development has been disclosed. The way of the development of depressive regional economic systems is determined by capitalization of their institutional status and increment of institutional status creates the conditions for generating rents. |
