Popis: This paper is a continuation of a previously reported study of the microstructure transformations in crystalline yttria nanopowder prepared by soft chemistry via precipitation from aqueous acidic nitrates. We have observed the aforementioned transformations over extended periods of time at 900 ° C and 1100 °C (isothermal annealing) with the use of X-ray diffraction analysis (full profile analysis of reflections, etc.).
