This article tells about the difficult moments in formation of civil society in Russia. These difficulties are both theoretical and practical, as well as issues of civil society in Russia as were and remained only at level de jure, but not de facto. The article uses general scientific and philosophical methods to describe the reasons of absence and essence of civil society. These methods are: historical, comparative legal, structural (general scientific); methods of analysis and synthesis, form and content, causes and consequences. In this case, the article focuses on the historical factors that contributed the fact that Russia had failed to build a civil society. It explains the psychology of the people, their adaptation to democratic and liberal values; these concepts are not universal for all nations, cultures and societies. Transition to the structure of civil society shows the contradictory of concepts «civil society» and «bourgeois society», «civil society» and «political society». Further it's told about the definition of civil society to better understand its nature. The novelty of this topic is in showing the psychology of Russian society, not allowed to build this institution in Russia. |
