Popis:	The article describes the informatization process of monitoring cardiac care in the penal system of Russia from the standpoint of system analysis. The study describes a new software package that allows real-time to assess the readiness of medical parts of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation to provide care to patients with cardiovascular diseases.
