In this article the author examines the mechanism of realization of rights, freedoms and interests of individuals and citizens. Focuses on the mechanism of realization of the rights, freedoms and interests rather than on the mechanism of protection and enforcement of rights, freedoms and interests of the individual. We consider international and national mechanisms for the implementation of rights, freedoms and interests of individuals and the citizen. Advocated the idea of necessary regulatory mechanism for securing the rights, freedoms and interests of the individual so that a formal opportunity to exercise their rights and freedoms has become a reality for everyone. |
