Popis: After the great success of the first issue of theInternational Journal of DigitalLaw, we present the second issue of the 2020 volumeto the academic andprofessional community. As already stated, theInternational Journal of Digital Lawconsists of an open-access electronic scientific journal and published every fourmonths by NUPED – Center for Research in Public Policies and HumanDevelopmentof the Postgraduate Program in Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, a research group affiliated to REDAS – Research Network in Welfare State AdministrativeLaw.In the first issue, we have already announced that the articles have gone throughthe double-blind peer-review evaluation system. The idea is for theInternationalJournal of Digital Lawto become a benchmark in terms of academic seriousness andimpact on society. For that, we will try to fit in the guidelines of the most importantnational and international indexing bases. This process has already started and ismoving at a fast pace.In the first volume we had the important participation of four great internationalauthors: Juan Gustavo Corvalán, Annapa Nagarathna, Álvaro Sánchez Bravo, andAntonella Stringhin, in addition to Brazilian colleagues Carla Figueiredo, Flávio Cabral,Juliana Philippi, and Denise Friedrich. In this issue of the journal, the number ofparticipants increased, due to the important partnerships between professors andresearch groups, national and international. I greet the authors whose articles havebeen selected for publication.Thanks to Editora Fórum, responsible for publishing the journal, for the excellenceof the work that has been done, giving even greater credibility to current and futureissues of theInternational Journal of Digital Law.
