The article deals with the problem of studying children’s collective from the position of pedagogical knowledge. A theoretical analysis of Russian literature on pedagogy is conducted to identify the definition of «collective». The process of formation and development of children’s collective is shown. The importance of uniting children’s collective and collective education is revealed. An attempt is made to understand the realization of the formation of the personality, which occurs under the influence of the collective in the process of interpersonal interaction. The formation of the collective of first-graders, the issue of education in the team, is of exceptional interest and relevance at the present time. The issue of upbringing in the collective and through the collective remains relevant at the present time. The effectiveness of the developed program for the formation of the first-graders’ collective, which can be used in the work of elementary school teachers, is experimentally tested. The results of the «Methods for studying the level of development of children’s collective» are analyzed after the implementation of the program on the methodology «What is our collective?». The purpose of this methodology, the identification of the degree of cohesion and the attitude of children towards the collective of the school class. After the implementation of the program, an analysis of the results of the «Questioning of Teachers and Teachers» is made using the example of the author’s questionnaire of surveys of teachers and educators working with primary school classes. |
