The reliability was assessed by the coefficient alpha of Cronbach (CAC) and the principal component analysis. The concurrent validity was assessed by a correlation comparing the results of the questionnaire to those obtained with the IFP-MM maturity matrix. Results: A prototype questionnaire has got 53 questions spread over 6 dimensions. A feasibility test showed a good acceptability but no difficulty in understanding. The reliability, evaluated over 30 structures after an adjustment of the questionnaire, shown for 2 dimensions including 50% of the totals questions with CAC to 0,75 and 0,71. The concurrent validity, evaluated over 26 structures, shown a correlation between the 2 tools (r = 0,75 ; p |
