Popis: My dissertation deals with school bullying which happens in middle-school both in France and the United Kingdom. I focused my first part on the laws which have been created in the United Kingdom and in France these last years to prove that school bullying is now taken seriously juridically within these two countries. Moreover, I chose to deal with the means of prevention which are now implemented to raise awareness among pupils and to reduce school bullying. My second part is about cyberbullying, the new plague of the twenty-first century because of the arrival of cell phones and social networks. Cyberbullying demonstrates that social networks is not managed properly by pupils. Withing this part, I concentrate on two types of sexual violence that happens through screen: revenge porn and slut shaming. Eventually, in my didactics part, I put in practice an example of a mean of prevention: creating a lesson on bullying to raise awareness among pupils. This lesson aims at explaining what school bullying is, dealing with the different types of bullying but also and especially suggesting solutions as part of the French national project « Non au harcèlement » : indeed, pupils will have to create a poster to raise awareness among people.
