Popis: | INTRODUCTION: In Guadeloupe, numerous jellyfish's envenomation are observed. Some can lead to Irukandji syndrome. The main objective of this study was to analyze the clinical features of Irukandji syndromes. METHODS: All cases of jellyfish envenoming were extracted from public emergency databases between January 1, 2010 and September 1, 2016. The primary endpoint was the presence of Irukandji syndrome. RESULTS: Two hundred and eleven envenomations were observed, of which 45.0% occurred between the 22nd and 26th day from June to September. Ninety-five patients had Irukandji syndrome, three of whom had Quincke's oedema and one case of cardiac decompensation.
