The Legion® total knee arthroplasty (Smith and Nephew) with an oxinium femoral component was introduced in an attempt to reduce polyethylene and osteolysis normal wear as so to increase the prosthesis lifespan. 183 (180 patients) Légion® postero-stabilized total knee arthroplasty (TKA) were included in this retrospective monocentric study, of an average age of 66.9 years and a minimum following-up period of 8 years. The objective was to assess the survival rates and the various factors impacting them, as well as the clinical and radiological results presented by the TKA.
