Objective: to evaluate the diagnosis policy with labor induction in case of suspicion of fetal macrosomia (SFM: EFW=95ep) in current practice. We compared obstetric and neonatal issues between 2 groups: 1) women which delivery was induced due to SFM and 2) women who gave birth to a macrosomic child without labor induction and in absence of SFM. Method: our study is retrospective observational over the course of 5 years in 2 type 3 maternity. Our main evaluation criteria was occurrence of shoulders dystocia (SD).
