Popis: 2017 Effectiveness of Pay for Performance Magnitude and Increase Policy In Improving Civil Cervants Performance (Study at Finance Profession Provisory Centre, Ministry of Finance of Republic Indonesia) Danar Sutopo Sidig Alimuddin Asri Usman Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kebijakan tunjangan kinerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari jawaban kuesioner dan laporan capaian kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa kebijakan tunjangan kinerja efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja ASN. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang menunjukkan bahwa: (1) besaran tunjangan kinerja dan kenaikan tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, (2) besaran tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, (3) kenaikan tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, (4) besaran tunjangan kinerja dan kenaikan tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi, (5) besaran tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi, serta (6) kenaikan tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi. Kata kunci: besaran, kenaikan, tunjangan kinerja, motivasi, kinerja. This study aims to know the effectiveness of pay for performance policy to improve civil servants??? (ASN) performance. Data of this study is obtained from the respond to questionaires and the employee performance report. This study concludes that pay for performance policy is effective to improve civil servants??? (ASN) performance. It is based on the hypotesis testing results showing that: (1) pay performance magnitude and pay performance increase have positive effect on performance, (2) pay performance magnitude has positive effect on performance, (3) pay performance increase has positive effect on performance, (4) pay performance magnitude and pay performance increase have positive effect on performance through motivation, (5) pay performance magnitude has a positive effect on performance through motivation, (6) pay performance increase has positive effect on performance through motivation.
