| Popis: | The combination of literacy knowledge and advice with the aim of expanding the competence of teachers in literacy training, as well as advisors, is the approach of “Alphalernberatung”. In this article, a competence grid is presented that connects both areas and promotes reflection on relevant competencies. Based on this grid, training videos were developed that can be integrated into training and further education formats. |
