This thesis focuses on the construction of the first automatic robotic milking parlor GEA DairyProQ in the Czech Republic: in the Agrodružstvo Blížkovice. The new milking parlor is then compared to their previous milking parlor DeLaval. The comparison is very difficult because it is the old technology compared to the latest robots on the market, but nonetheless, the results speak for themselves. The milking speed increased by 32 % (40 pcs/hour), the number of people working as operators decreased by 67 % (-4 individuals/shift). The parameters of milk were almost unchanged, except for the number of somatic cells, which decreased by 50,000 in 1 ml of milk and for the value of the total number of microorganisms, which fell slightly under 20,000 in 1 ml of milk. Consumption requirements increased significantly, namely by 40% of energy consumption and by 64% of water consumption. Overall, unattractive, and physically demanding work has become work requiring higher qualification of employees in IT area and in the area of handling new technology. With a few exceptions (20 cows/shift), the worker does not manipulate with the milking arm at all and only looks after the smoothness of running of the milking parlor. This technology has proven to be an independently operating device that greatly simplifies previously demanding work in milking parlors, assuming that you are willing to invest properly in modern technology. |
