| Popis: | The theme of my diploma work is transition from school to independent living as a life period of young people with disabilitites. The participants of the programme are students and absolovents with physical handicap from Jedlička Institute and civil association Asistence in Prague. The aim of my work is to describe the process of transition. The most important aim is to find out, how helpful this programme can be in sociál integrating of People with disabilities and what risks can endangered iťs realization. |
