Popis: Bachelor's thesis works up the issue of burnout syndrome at teachers of elementary and high schools. Goal of this bachelor's thesis is to capture the impact of burnout syndrome on teachers' work performance and career. At first attention in the thesis is dedicated to the definition of burnout syndrome and it's causes, it's particular phases, consequences of burnout syndrome and it's possible prevention. Attention is also paid to the profession and work career of teachers in connection with the factors influencing work career because of burnout syndrome. Goal of the qualitative research is to find out in what way the burnout syndrome effects the work career at target group of elementary and high school teachers, who have the burnout syndrome professional diagnosed for at least one year. Data is gathered by personnel interviews with twelve people aged 25 to 65 years from the field of elementary and high school education coming from Central Bohemian Region and from Ústí nad Labem Region. Responders are chosen via non-random occasional choice. Responders can enrol on research voluntarily by e-mail on the basis of invitation addressed to principals of elementary and high schools.
