Kasárník, T. Consumer behaviour during purchase of foreign holiday through travel agency. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. Goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out, how consumer at the age of 18 till 65 act during purchase of foreign holiday through travel agency, which factors influence him and which preferences he has. First part of this bachelor thesis is general knowledge of existing literature dealing with this topic. In practical part was accomplished analysis of secondary data, which was acquired from two greatest travel agencies in Czech Republic and primary data, which was acquired by questionnaire survey (311 respondents). After the primary and secondary data were processed, many discoveries were detected. It was found how trends during the purchase of foreign summer holiday are changing, how consumer acts during purchase of foreign holiday through travel agency in diffedent age brackets, preferences of consumer during purchase of summer foreign holiday, factors which influence consumer during purchase decision making and on the basis of these discoveries were suggested suitable recommendation to travel agency Zájezdy.cz |
