Popis: This diploma thesis deals with the topic of the use of the dual task in neurorehabilitation in patients with aquired brain injury. Its main goal was to create a program using dual task procedures, which was subsequently applied in a cognitively focused daily rehabilitation stationary of the The Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the General Hospital and the First Medical Faculty of Charles University. Another goal was to provide settings for using the conditions of the program, its evaluation and finding out whether it was applied to the patient to improve some of the ADL. The research part of the work is processed by the method of qualitative evaluation research through the elaboration of one case study and evaluation of the program by a decision evaluation model. Based on a comprehensive search, a therapeutic program was developed and evaluated. It includes three levels of primary motor tasks and secondary cognitive tasks divided according to specific cognitive functions. This is a pilot study to further investigate the effect of the use of the dual task in people with aquired brain injury.
