The aim is to define the characteristics of the demand for the selected financial product (health insurance for foreigners) in the Czech Republic. The first research question in this thesis is: what factors determine and affect demand for the selected financial product. Another question is: what characteristics have customers which prefer different types of health insurance. To find answers to these questions was analyzed czech market of commercial health insurance for foreigners based on secondary sources (websites of insurance companies, articles and statistics related to the topic, etc.) and based on primary sources (survey of foreigners). The result is a characteristic of supply and demand on the czech commercial health insurance market, the profiling of each customer segment, identifying current trends in demand. This work uses the following methods: analysis, synthesis, description, literary survey, questionnaire. |
