This bachelor thesis is specifically focused on laundry companies in the Czech Republic. The main objective is to analyse the current situation in the field of human resources management and personnel activities in a chosen sector and then to set out proposal for improving the existing run of the companies. The analysis of the companies was made via questionnaire survey for personnel staff and labourers. The data obtained from the analysis mainly relate to the recruitment of new employees. According to the results, there was evaluated the state of human resources management in the companies and suggested several solutions to improve the current situation. |
