This bachelor thesis deals with cooperation between insurance companies and insurance intermediaries. In the first chapter, I focused on the characteristics of the subjects on the Czech insurance market. In the next chapter, there are defined insurence intermediaries according to the Czech law. The collaboration with intermediaries is described on the example of an insurance broker. In the third chapter, there are described broker´s basic activities. Furthermore, this chapter provides the benefits of cooperation with the broker and the client. Than there is also analyzed remuneration and selection process for brokers. The final section describes a practical example of cooperation between the client, the broker and the insurance company. |
