This diploma thesis is focused on the organizational culture of self-government and non- governmental organizations and its impact on the goals set for the Housing First project. Civil society organizations, public administration, organizational culture, and the project itself are discussed in the thesis. The empirical part focuses on the organizational culture of both sectors. The main focus was to clarify whether organizational culture has an impact on the achievement of the project's goals. |
