Popis:	The aim of this work is to analyze the current state of In-service education of teachers of economic subjects in secondary schools throughout the Czech Republic. The first part focuses on the theoretical knowledge in further education of teachers. The essence of the empirical part is the research project. Using the questionnaire survey I am trying to find out the current approach of teachers of economic subjects in secondary schools to further education. Based on this investigation (return of the questionnaire) I have managed to achieve 21% success rate. Based on the results of the investigation I have made suggestions and recommendations for pedagogical practice.
