The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the financial situation of the company Megafyt Pharma, s. r. o. in the period 2011-2015 and to evaluate its financial health by bankruptcy and credibility models. The bachelor thesis has two main parts. The first part is concerned with the methodology which defines used methods, procedures and indicators that are further used in the financial analysis. The second and practical part introduces the company Megafyt Pharma and its competing company Mediate, s. r. o., and also provides the financial analysis of Megafyt Pharma. Results of the analysis give a comparison with the competitor. In the second part is there is used the spider analysis which compares the values of the analyzed company, the competitor and the specific industrial sector. The practical part concludes with a SWOT analysis that is focused on the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of the company and the opportunities and threats. This part is followed by a conclusion which summarizes the evaluation and outlines possible future developments. |
