This bachelor thesis was dealing with analysis of selected parameters of milk efficiency dairy cows in two chosen companies. Companies are in neighbourhood and both of them were breeding dairy cows of Czech mottled breed in proximately same number. It was about two cooperative farm Dřevohostice and Agrovu a.s. which has it ´s headquaters in Prusinovice. Dates of milk efficiency were taken from the controlol efficiency and afterwards putted through analyzes in MICROSOFT EXCEL and STATISTICA programmes. Dairy cows were dividend according to lactations from 1. to 4. Between observed parameters were milk production, and contents of milk components, primarily fat and proteins. According to the result in cooperative farm Dřevohostice the highest milk production achieved dairy cows in fourth lactation, 29,31 kg. As for fat the highest average content of dairy cows was achieved on first lactation 4,00 % and as for proteins dairy cows on second lactation 3,55 %. In cooperative farm Agrovu a.s. the highest milk production achieved dairy cows in third lactation 27,95 kg. As for fat the highest average content of dairy cows was achieved on third lactation 4,00 % and as for proteins milk cows on second lactation 3,61 %. From the total results we can say that cooperative farm Dřevohostice reached higher milk production for the whole herd, on the average 26,48 kg. Company Agrova a.s. had better results in content of fat, on average of the whole herd 3,96 %. In the content of proteins there was not found any statistical significant difference. At the end of my thesis, when evaluating milk efficiency of the herds was confirmed, independently in both farms, negative correlative dependence relation between milk production and content of milk components (fat, proteins) and positive correlative dependence between content of fat and proteins. |
