The goal of this bachelor thesis is to explore the total number of patients that were treated in center of spasticity at Department of rehabilitation and sports medicine University Hospital Motol in 2013-2017 and access their clinical profile. The theoretical part is dedicated to spasticity, to clinical scales that assess spasticity and to therapy of spasticity. The practical part sum up the avarage dosage of botulinum toxin into a muscle, the most common applied muscles and the subjective efect of the therapy. This part also contains two casuistics. All the results are summarized in tables and graphs. |
