The aim of my theses is an analysis of contemporary state of chosen firm and the comparison between contemporary requirements of customers and the capacity of this firm. As a result of this theses I suggest an improvement of management processes and organizational structure of the firm. These suggestions should lead to meeting customer´s needs and firm´s competitiveness.I have suggested 3 ways to solve the problems. Suggestion number 3 was the most suitable one, because it has resulted in an organizational structure as for the volume of orders on one side and the height of profits on the other. |
